Restaurant Marten Trotzig
This excellent restaurant at the base of Gamla Stan served the most memorable meal of my Sweden trip. Warm goat cheese, beet, and green salad; char with horseradish and dill, root vegetables, and tiny boiled potatos; and chilled rhubarb soup with citrus panna cotta. Plus great Swedish rye breads and a wonderful French chardonnay. Yum! |
