| On the third day of the conference, several hundred of the conference attendees and their families piled onto two small ferry boats for a two-and-a-half hour trip to the small island of Martsrand, one of Scandanavia' s oldest ports, now a popular yachting and summer destination, and the location of a 17th-century fort that had been actively used as a jail and fort up until just a few years ago. |
